Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

At Peak Beak, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners, Printify and Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or refund. To qualify, you must submit a claim within 30 days of product delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

Order Issues & Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please email us at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Lost Packages – If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist with a claim.
  • Wrong Address – If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, the shipment may be returned to the printing facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.
  • Unclaimed Packages – Orders that are not claimed will be returned to the facility. Reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.
  • Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5 inches) are within acceptable tolerance and will not be considered defects.
  • Certain items (such as face masks) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
